Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

Under the law (2005:59) regarding distance contracts, you have the right to cancel your purchase provided that you contact us within 14 days from the day you collect your package. After that, you have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Don't worry, you can change your mind!

  • 14 days of consideration: From the day you receive your product, you have 14 days to either keep your nice products or decide to send it back. We want you to love your golf products as much as you love golf.

Everything in its original condition, please!

  • Unopened and unused: For us to accept your return, the item needs to be in the same condition as when you received it – not used and still in its original packaging. Think "new car smell" but for golf gear.

If you wish to make a return:

  1. Email our support team and say "Hi, I want to make a return."
  2. We'll send you all the info you need to get your item back to us.
  3. Pack it up and send it back. Note that you will be responsible charged for the return shipping – we offer free shipping on most things and pay for shipping to you, but because of this, we cannot cover free returns.
    If you want a cheaper option, we can offer a PostNord return label for 35 SEK (National SWE) or for international orders 95 sek. Email us, and we'll sort it out.

Money back?

  • Quicker than a birdie: We'll process your refund as soon as we have your return in hand. It will be returned in the same manner you paid. We aim to do this faster than you can say "Golf is the best".

Right of withdrawal, complaints, and unclaimed packages

  • Right of withdrawal in brief: You always have 14 days to change your mind. It's like a mulligan in the retail world.
  • Something wrong with the item? If your new golf gadget isn't up to par (see what we did there?) and there's a fault with it, you have every right to make a complaint. Contact us, and we'll sort it out.
  • Packages that are not picked up do not become happy packages. They come back to us, and we unfortunately have to charge a fee for the missed adventure. So please, pick up your package and give it a loving home. If you still want your item, that's fine, but you'll need to pay for the shipping yourself.
