30-day returns. Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return unused products in their original condition. We want you to be happy with your order – otherwise you get your money back.

How to return an item

1. Email support@stripegolf.se with your order number.
2. You'll get a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original condition with any tags still on and send it back.

Terms

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition, with any tags still on.
• Return shipping is free – just use our prepaid return label.
• We refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your return.

Right of withdrawal

On top of our 30-day returns, consumers in the EU always have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. The period starts on the day you receive the item. To use it, just let us know before the period ends.

Exchanges

Want a different size or model? Get in touch and we'll help – the easiest way is to return the item and place a new order.

Faulty items

If an item has an original defect, you can make a claim for up to 3 years. This covers manufacturing and material defects – not normal wear or damage from incorrect use. Send us your order number and a photo of the defect, and we'll sort it quickly: repair, replacement or refund.
