Terms of service

These terms apply when you shop at Stripe Golf. Please read them before completing a purchase. Together with your order, they form an agreement between you and Stripe Golf.

Payment methods

Stripe Golf offers secure and convenient payment options. All payments are handled encrypted by our payment partners – we never store your card or account details.

Cards

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS certified).

  • Your card details are never stored by us
  • All traffic is encrypted (SSL/TLS)

Klarna

Together with Klarna we offer flexible payment options:

  • Pay Later (invoice) – receive your order first, pay within 14–30 days. The invoice is sent by email when your order ships.
  • Instalments – split your purchase into monthly payments. Interest and terms are shown at checkout.

Swish

Pay quickly and easily with Swish at checkout.

Pricing & availability

Prices

  • All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK)
  • All prices include Swedish VAT (25%); VAT may vary by delivery country
  • Prices may change without notice
  • The price that applies is the one at order confirmation

Stock availability

  • We do our best to keep accurate stock levels
  • In case of a stock discrepancy we will contact you promptly
  • You may then wait for restocking, choose an alternative, or get a full refund

Errors

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or typographical errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.

Eligibility

To purchase from Stripe Golf you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian’s consent)
  • Have a valid delivery address within our shipping zones
  • Provide accurate contact information

Product information

  • Colours may appear slightly different on various screens and devices
  • Minor variations in handcrafted leather products are normal and not considered defects
  • Stated dimensions are approximate

All product descriptions are provided in good faith. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before ordering.

Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). The period runs from the day you received the goods. To use it, simply notify us before the period ends.

Beyond this, you also have the right to complain about faults for up to 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. See our returns policy for how to make a return.

Delivery

Delivery methods, times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our shipping information. Free shipping on orders over 1000 kr within Sweden.

Privacy & personal data (GDPR)

Stripe Golf processes your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. We never sell your data and only share it with payment providers and carriers to fulfil your order, and with authorities where required by law. Read more in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All content on stripegolf.se – including text, images, logos and design – is the property of Stripe Golf and protected by copyright. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Stripe Golf is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, indirect or consequential damages, issues from improper use, or force majeure beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased. This does not limit your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes take effect once published on this page. The terms that apply to your order are those published at the time of purchase.
