Refund policy

30-day returns. Changed your mind? You have 30 days to return unused products in original condition. We want you to be completely happy – otherwise you get your money back.

How to make a return

1. Email info@stripegolf.se with your order number.
2. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
3. Pack the item in original condition with any tags attached and send it back.

Conditions

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused and in original condition with any tags attached.
• Return shipping is free – just use our prepaid return label.
• We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Right of withdrawal

In addition to our returns policy, as a consumer you always have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), counted from the day you received the goods. To use it, simply notify us before the period ends.

Exchanges

Want to change size or model? Contact us and we’ll help – easiest is to return and place a new order.

Faulty items

If there is an original fault with the item, you have the right to complain for up to 3 years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. This covers manufacturing and material defects – not normal wear or damage from misuse. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the fault, and we’ll resolve it quickly: repair, replacement or refund.
