The dream every golfer has had
Most of us have had the thought at some point. What if. What if you could play golf for real, as a job.
Max does more than think it. In the Drömgolf podcast we follow him and his coach Marcus Jonsson on the road to the tour. With everything that comes with it: good rounds, bad rounds and everything in between.
We wanted to be part of that. So we started making things together.
The ACAD series
ACAD is a tribute to golf coaches and their academies around the country. The people who stand on the range in all weathers and make sure others get better.
The series consists of Urban Flat caps and alignment stick headcovers. Simple, clean and with a look that stands out just enough.
The towel that started it all
The first thing we designed for Drömgolf was a towel. Nooshi might not be for everyone. But it's exactly right for a lot of people.
It hangs on the bag, wipes grips and balls, and occasionally gets asked about on the first tee. That's roughly all you can ask of a towel.
"A towel named after a shot. Don't ask which one."

Why we do collaborations
Golf is a fairly traditional sport. We like that. But we also think it does well with a few new influences.
That's why we like working with people who live golf their own way. Max and Marcus do that every week on the podcast. They talk about practice, competition and everything that happens between rounds. Honest and unfiltered.
When we make something together, it should feel like them but look like us. Simple, considered and with one detail that makes someone ask.
Urban Flat – the cap
Urban Flat has a flat brim and a modern fit. It's made for the course, but works just as well on the way there. It comes in turquoise, mint green and white, with an embroidered ACAD logo on the front.
The white version is made from 100% cotton with light green embroidery. The size is adjustable, so it fits most heads. It's a cap that stands out just enough. No big logo shouting, just a clear signature for those who know.
An alignment stick headcover – why?
Alignment sticks are one of the most-used training aids on the range. They're also one of the most forgotten in the bag. They slide around, rattle and end up in the wrong pocket.
The ACAD headcover keeps them together. It's made from green cabretta leather with a soft lining and shaped for alignment sticks. The sticks stay together, and the bag looks a little more put together. It came in white too, but that version has sold out.
Why is it called Nooshi?
Nooshi is golf slang for a hook. The shot that takes off hard to the left for a right-handed player, and that nobody really wants to talk about afterwards.
It felt like a reasonable name for a towel. It hangs there on the bag as a reminder that golf doesn't always go to plan. We designed it for Drömgolf. It's 100% cotton and measures 144 × 70 cm, so there's enough for grips, ball and hands on the 18th.
Possibly the only towel on the course named after a shot you don't want to hit.
How to wear ACAD on the course
The cap works best with simple pieces. A white or navy polo, chinos or shorts, and let the cap bring the color. The headcover on your alignment sticks is a detail people only notice when they look into your bag.
And if someone asks about the cap? Tell them about the podcast. That's half the point.
What's next?
We'll make more things with Drömgolf when it feels right. No plan with four collections a year, just products when we have something to say. The best way to hear first is to follow us and Drömgolf on Instagram, or to sign up for our newsletter.
Why limited runs
We'd rather make too few than too many. That goes double for collaborations. A limited run keeps the products a little special, and lets us spend our time on the details instead of on volume.
It also means some things sell out. The white ACAD headcover is one example. When something is gone, we'd rather make something new than do the same thing again. That's part of the point of a collaboration: it should belong to a certain time and a certain story.
If you've seen something you like, don't wait too long.
FAQ
Are the products always available?
No. Everything in the collaboration is made in limited runs. Some colors sell out and don't come back.
Who's behind Drömgolf?
Max, who is chasing a spot on tour, and his coach Marcus Jonsson. The podcast follows their journey.
Where are the products designed?
In Sweden, like everything else from Stripe Golf.
What colors does the ACAD cap come in?
Turquoise, mint green and white. Availability varies, since everything is made in limited runs.
Does the headcover fit all alignment sticks?
It's shaped for standard-size alignment sticks and has a soft lining that protects them.
Can I wash the towel?
Yes, it's 100% cotton. Wash it with similar colors and the print will last longer.
Do sold-out products come back?
Rarely. We'd rather make something new than repeat the same run.
